I'm a full-time aircraft appraiser through the ASA and could not agree more! We get calls all the time from potential sellers looking to gauge the value on their airplane and I always respond with, "let's get you in touch with a broker". Obviously, there is a laundry list of reasons when a full valuation is both necessary and prudent, but for the brokerage process, sellers are just adding an unnecessary fee - especially if the broker turns around and disagrees with my assessment!

Good for you Maria. Without getting into aerodynamics, all airplanes are a compromise. This airplane can carry people but not necessarily with full fuel.

How many passengers can this airplane carry? I heard that if there were certain weather conditions it could carry the pilot and another passenger at the most, is it true? As a family plane would it be a good option? My parents are willing to buy an airplane like this after I'm done with flight school. Or I get my PPL which it'll be by next year.(PS; I'm going to become a commercial or fighter pilot.)
